IMPORTANT:

• Njord is from now on performing automatic publishing, and will wait for proper PUBLISHING state (or fail the build).
• This means, that Njord returns once Central validation has passed, and publishing process starts
• Hence, maven-release-plugin configuration was changed as well, it will now auto-push the changes (as otherwise Njord fails the build)

Added auto-format, now projects will behave same as Maven projects: on workstations will auto format during build, on CI will enforce formatting.

Note: Spotless execution ID changed from check to spotless-check, this may need update as well.
