UI Builder helpers for Jaxon custom attributes

This package extends the HTML UI builder with functions for Jaxon custom attributes.

After the package is installed, the following helpers will be available.

jxnShow: attach a component to a DOM node

jxnHtml: show the HTML code of a component

jxnTarget: set a DOM node as a target for events

jxnOn: set an event handler on one or more nodes
