Updates FAQ with revised content and enhances clarity, closes #35

Description

Updated the 100Devs FAQ section on the CommunityTaught website. The changes aim to make the information clearer, more up-to-date, and easier to access.

Updates:

• Explained more about the 100Devs program, including when classes happen, how you can learn at your own speed, and where you can get help.
• Moved the "missing classes" question up and added more details.
• Provided context on how new members can engage with the 100Devs community, including Discord involvement and finding study groups.
• Made several sections easier to read and understand.

Future Improvements:

These updates have focused on making the FAQ more readable and current. I have some further ideas on additional reorganization and questions to add. For now, it seemed better to get these changes published. I would like to consider more extensive changes once we have clearer information about the new cohort and how this site will integrate with 100Devs.
