Tudo certinho, só vou pedir RC por causa da actions.
Como é para ser simples a solução, que tal atualizar https://github.com/laboratoriobridge/validation/blob/main/.github/workflows/maven.yml#L24 esse v2.1.6 para v3? Imagino que já vai resolver teu PR e ainda vai consertar esse problema do repo (que não é atualizado faz tempo).

Não precisa de externo por causa da simplicidade.
Vou me manter de assign e deixar em RI enquanto espero o codecov dar o ar da graça => se não rolar, vou conversar com o Dias sobre o assunto.
