I played around today and identified byte 2 is reflecting the steamer intensity (if one is configured).
That lead me to the idea that in the 0x09 updates is probably also a humidity value but as i dont have a steamer i dont have the sensor. Hope there is someone out there that does have those so we can also reverese these as well.
