for now it works in Ubuntu only and uses bash.
I'm going to update it to work with Arch Linux and maybe use php.

to start the script run it in terminal
input virtual host name
input virtual host DocumentRoot. input full path
if there is no directory, the script creates one with index.php inside. index.php contains phpinfo()
