Exactly one explicitly authorized BlackCell CODE-provider attempt was made against this repository. The Codex transport completed, but BlackCell rejected the result with
invalid-alpha-change-provider-proposalbefore storing a proposal/provider-metadata artifact. No repository mutation or acceptance command ran. Restart replay verified the retained context and outcome artifacts, and no redispatch occurred.Provider tokens, provider-reported latency, cost, and external billing are therefore explicitly unavailable. The measured 6,933 ms is durable dispatch-to-terminal time. The provider-facing output schema now requires at least one operation, closing the empty-array gap exposed by the attempt; no second live call was made.
The checkout lacked Kernform managed state, so the proof's project registration used an operator-bound base-
pyproject.tomldigest and makes no Kernform-conformance claim.Verification
