- add query-driven desktop inspector APIs for summary, breakdown, hierarchy, detail, and source context
- read inspector data from history.db across region, section, source file, directory, function, symbol, crate, and dependency scopes
- add a new Inspector screen with view/group/metric/search controls and deep-linkable run, diff, and history entry points
- add lightweight treemap, icicle, and table inspector views with selection-driven detail and source context panels
- surface related rule hits and contextual evidence in the inspector detail panel
- add source-context fallbacks for file and function selections when full line excerpts are unavailable
- update README and Japanese manual docs for the Phase D5 desktop inspector workflow
