  • add desktop_get_dashboard_summary with overview cards, recent trends, region usage, top growth, and recent regression summaries
  • extend desktop DTOs and frontend types for dashboard-specific history aggregates
  • add Chart.js-based line and bar charts for ROM/RAM trends, warning pressure, region usage, and growth contributors
  • redesign the desktop Dashboard into a visual overview with summary cards, hero section, and compact regression cards
  • reuse existing history DB metrics to drive dashboard comparisons without changing core CLI workflows
  • update README for the desktop visual dashboard additions
  • rewrite the manual desktop sections in Japanese and fix mojibake in manual.md
