Adds per-ray sourceWeight normalization for synchrotron beams so concatenated sources preserve absolute flux and power across different sampling volumes, ray counts, and source types.

Flux normalization constants are now propagated from the source to each ray in the beam to calculate flux value after beam concatenation.
Added docstrings explaining the flux/power calculation approach.
