Adding libwayland-dev libxkbcommon-dev to

bevy_fluent/.github/workflows/rust.yml

Line 36 in 0fedfad

run: sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends libasound2-dev libudev-dev
should fix the CI issues. I think Wayland was made default in 0.17 so the runner needs a new dependency to support it.
