Overview
0.94.0 exposes the control/platform telemetry split in the public Python SDK.

Control stays on by default and now covers agent-driven browser actions, including sanitized cdp_command events (input, navigation, screenshots, etc.) with optional control.cdp.excluded_methods. Platform is a new opt-in category for in-VM management calls (platform_api_call); api_call is documented as browser-driving only. CDP connect/disconnect gain connection_id and drop/exclude counters.

Also adds page_crashed, optional Playwright source on api_call, GPU docs requiring region=us-east, and clearer proxy-delete tunnel teardown notes.
