Overview
0.94.0 exposes the control/platform telemetry split in the Node SDK.

api_call stays on the default-on control category (browser-driving in-VM calls). VM management traffic is a new opt-in platform category (platform_api_call). Control also covers sanitized CDP command events (cdp_command) with per-method redacted payloads, optional excluded_methods, and drop/exclude counts on cdp_disconnect. page_crashed is added under page telemetry.

Config types now use BrowserTelemetryControlConfig (with cdp) and a platform category flag. Docs/tests follow that shape. GPU create docs now require region=us-east; proxy delete notes that active tunnels may be torn down when egress binding polling is on.
