Both plans (mobile terminal fixes; the flash-and-keybar pass) are fully implemented in the tree — the pre-v0.1.0 audit verified every item against the code. Both mobile plans (terminal fixes; flash-and-keybar) are fully implemented in the tree — the pre-v0.1.0 audit checked every item against the code (touch-action, visualViewport tracker, key bar, glide momentum, rows-only clip, most-recently-active sizing). The sessions-ui-revamp plan is already tracked, so plans belong in the repo once their work lands. Docs only, no code.
