Added a README for the Dictionary for Gramps Gramplet.
extend the Dansk CSV and set anchors on all languages
move CSVs to a subfolder. (When 40+ language files exist, this will reduce the clutter)
Updated copyright information and added new features for CSV support and configuration schema versioning.
update screen captures
repaired the Edit CSV to open the correct language schema invalidation made reliable filename-based language identity
fully commented and stable. Targets for the future: v1.1 mark GUI labels for translation explore other Gramps Locale methods (e.g., what use the secondary language features?)
Add section for 'Locale Checker' Gramplet with description and images.
