Before: the footer GitHub icon used an outline-style SVG that showed a visual defect near the left ear notch.
After: the footer GitHub icon now uses the filled GitHub Invertocat mark and renders cleanly.

Not relevant. This PR only updates a static logo asset.
Summary
This PR fixes the GitHub logo displayed in the site footer, including on the Ambassadors page. The previous SVG had a visible misaligned/dislocated notch near the left ear of the Octocat silhouette. The asset has been replaced with a filled GitHub Invertocat SVG so the footer logo matches the official GitHub mark more closely.
