Adds 3 tutorial notebooks for how to reduce JWST MIRI data using BREADS

@AlexBidot here are the tutorials and code I started for MIRI reductions, building from what you sent me.

I made this as a branch in the main breads repo, so I think you should be able to check out, edit, and add commits to this branch yourself too.

This should wait until after #56 is completed and merged, and then we update this PR to reflect any necessary fixes for consistency with #56

• I need to update tutorial notebook 1 text about the example dataset is Beta Pic instead of GQ Lup
• Add Alex's code for silencing the very long output of JWST pipeline
