- update angular 21.2 to 22.0.3 (cli, build, compiler) and typescript to 6.0
- bump dev tooling to current majors (eslint 10, stylelint 17, cspell 10, etc.)
- set supported node to current lts lines via engines and .nvmrc (v26)
- remove config now redundant with framework defaults
- update ci actions (checkout v7, setup-node v6) and add dependabot
