Add Release Please automation for releases and changelogs

Adds automated release management using Release Please to eliminate manual version bumping and changelog maintenance.

Changes

• .github/workflows/release-please.yml: Workflow triggers on master branch pushes, creates/updates release PRs with version bumps and changelogs based on commit types
• CONTRIBUTING.md: Documents Conventional Commits format requirement (feat:, fix:, docs:, etc.) for automated release generation

Workflow

Commits pushed to master trigger Release Please to:

1. Analyze commit messages for semantic versioning
2. Update package.json version and generate CHANGELOG.md
3. Create release PR (or update existing one)
4. Create GitHub release when PR is merged

Breaking changes use feat!: or BREAKING CHANGE: in commit body.
