A website for ICAST Fishing Showcase voting administrators to enter ballots filled out by voters. Uses ResNet 18 to convert the handwritten item numbers into data that will produce the winners. Review Dashboard is available to correct processing errors
Download files as a zip...extract files into a regular folder
Open terminal
Open project
cd TechBloom folder path
ex. cd C:\Users\your-name\Downloads\TechBloom
Install all extensions
pip install -r requirements.txt
Set up Amazon Web Services
aws configure
When prompted, enter info
Run the program
python startPage.py
