Hi there 👋

I'm Jaswinder. Based out of Barcelona, Spain.

Eight years building systems where the cost of a bug is somebody
losing money or trust — payment engines for UK/EU at Barclays, an enterprise wallet from scratch at Zbyte, a multi-merchant onramp + checkout shipped in a week at Pingpay, and a recurring-payment engine that runs trust-minimised inside a TEE. Open systems, hard problems, things that have to be right the first time.

Currently:

  • 🏗️ Lead Developer @ Pingpay — payment infra in TypeScript, Rust, WASM, and Phala TEE
  • 🧠 Early contributor to Ironclaw — a Rust,
    privacy-first AI assistant framework
  • 🤖 Daily practitioner of the Ralph Wiggum
    technique     — long-running autonomous coding agents, spec-driven, test-gated
  • 🛠️ Co-founder @ Harmonic Guild — a small open-source dev collective

On using AI for the actual work: I run cloud coding agents
(Claude Code, Devin, Replit Agent) as part of how I ship — multi-agent PR-and-review loops, autonomous bash-loop agents
grinding on a spec until the tests pass, evals on the prompt the same way you'd eval a model. The interesting part isn't the model, it's the orchestration around it.
