This adds support for NetBSD/x86_64. The
tools/nr_from_src.ionscript is an Ion shell script that I used to generatenr.rs. It should be noted thatplatform/netbsd-x86_64/mod.rsis actually identical to the FreeBSD variant, so perhaps they could be combined. I'm willing to make whatever changes asked to get this merged.
