Summary

  • replace the mixed lifecycle MCP surface with one annotated Quality-first contract
  • remove legacy Plan, baseline, implementation, provider-run, and pending lifecycle paths
  • add destructive schema migration plus durable Quality validation publication, Assessment execution, evidence reconciliation, and cancellation semantics
  • replace legacy UI with Quality Plans and Assessments lifecycle/evidence views
  • synchronize create-appraisejs templates, current docs, generated MCP artifacts, and Graphify output

Validation

  • npm run validate:unit (180 files, 683 tests)
  • npm run build
  • npx tsc --noEmit
  • Prisma schema validation/generation and full 73-migration chain
  • populated destructive migration cutover test with PRAGMA foreign_key_check
  • AppraiseJS package tests/build and create-appraisejs package tests
  • MCP contract/registry/security tests
  • focused Quality execution, evidence, UI, navigation, and settings tests
  • Playwright: 40/41 initial; obsolete Sync Plans expectation corrected; focused navigation/settings 14/14
  • Browser smoke: Quality Plans and Assessments render; removed /plans returns 404
  • npm run graphify:auto
  • npm run quality:fallow:commit
  • npm run quality:react-doctor:commit
  • independent final cutover review: ACCEPTED

Notes

  • The migration is an intentional clean cutover and includes a populated pre-cutover database preservation/drop-table test.
  • Unrelated local auth automation changes and untracked appraise/ artifacts were excluded from this commit.
