• Capture architectural differences between the Mops agent implementation and the open-source Codex project to inform improvements around orchestration, approval/safety, reliability, and extensibility.

Description

• Add docs/mops-agent-architecture-comparison.md which compares state/modeling and orchestration patterns, approval and safety models, reliability concerns, extensibility trade-offs, provides near/mid-term recommendations aligned to Mops goals, outlines alternative architectures, and proposes a phased adoption roadmap.

Testing

• Started an automated test run with bazel test //...; the run began successfully but did not complete within the interactive session, and no production code or unit tests were modified by this documentation-only change.
