oauth2 1.4.9 requires faraday >= 0.17.3, < 3.0. Bumping the lower bound to 0.17.3 while staying within the 0.x line keeps the existing Faraday::Middleware / register_middleware usage working unchanged, and is also compatible with faraday_middleware 0.14.x (faraday < 1.0).
