Summary

Unify Arena Experiment execution

Detailed description

  • Depends on Rename eval_runner.py to experiment_runner.py #896, which establishes the Experiment Runner name and entry point.
  • Adds one typed YAML entry point for local execution or OSMO submission while preserving the deprecated path used when --config is omitted.
  • Separates the Arena Experiment, runner process, and OSMO infrastructure into typed YAML contracts; the source Experiment is staged unchanged.
  • Maps one complete Arena Experiment to one OSMO workflow and co-schedules one shared OpenPI server with injected endpoint overrides.
  • Removes typed Run execution from policy_runner.py; generic camera preflight and policy-extension discovery remain bounded follow-ups.
