Single run_vbench.py at root using fire, WorldFM svc loaded once
in-process. run_vbench.bat activates venv and calls it directly.

- Per-step timing: panogen / moge / renderer / infer x{N}
- Frame-level progress counter during infer loop
- OOM handled separately: cache cleared, image skipped
- Full traceback printed on other exceptions
- KeyboardInterrupt exits cleanly, stats flushed and summary printed
