- Add sync-skills script that clones gstack and symlinks skills to ~/.claude/skills, ~/.codex/skills, ~/.agents/skills, ~/.amp/skills, ~/.opencode/skills - Update upgrade-ai-tools to run sync-skills after upgrading tools - Remove old skills from dotfiles (now sourced from gstack) - Add write-unit-test, handoff, pickup skills from dotfiles into gstack/skills - Sync .zshrc with flyctl PATH addition - Improve output messages to show full source and destination paths
