- Install gstack to ~/.local/share/gstack via official ./setup - Create unified skills directory (gstack + custom dotfiles skills) - Symlink all agent skills to unified directory (.claude, .codex, .opencode, .amp) - Update upgrade-ai-tools to check for tool availability before upgrading - Add .unified-skills/ to .gitignore - Sync 4 new greptile rules from M8_001 to RULES.md: - TWF: Timestamp freshness must reject future timestamps - ESO: Error returns must not silently substitute default values on OOM - SGR: SQL migrations must include GRANT statements - OAE: OAuth form bodies must URL-encode all fields
