Summary

  • Adds the Mac/web fast-signal intake funnel to Hermes Discover (/intents/intake/* + /intents/confirm) behind features.fastSignalIntake.
  • New CTA (“who are you trying to meet?”), empty-list entry, and post-onboarding open when there are no intents yet; confirms into intent detail.
  • In progress / design TBD: functional flow is wired in Hermes chrome; @serensandikci will finish the design.

Test plan

  • cd packages/hermes-plugin && bun run test (desktop notifications + smoke)
  • With FAST_SIGNAL_INTAKE=true, open Discover → create CTA → complete start → question → where → summary → confirm
  • With flag off, CTA hidden; orchestrator chat create path unchanged
  • After Getting started with zero intents + flag on, intake opens automatically
  • Desktop plugin rebuild present (bun run build:desktop) and linked install picks up 0.24.0

Port the Mac/web /intents/intake funnel into the Hermes dashboard so owners can create signals in Discover when FAST_SIGNAL_INTAKE is on. Design polish still TBD.

@serensandikci — review requested.

Status: in progress. The intake flow is wired end-to-end in Hermes Discover (fast intake + confirm). Please take design from here — layout/chrome polish is yours to finish.
