Bug: selecting a custom region in the installer only set bedrock_region for Terraform deploys. The aws_region variable (which controls the AWS provider) defaulted to us-east-1 and was never overridden. Also fixes: 'Change settings' hardcoded PRESELECT_METHOD=terraform regardless of actual selection.
