OrderIQ is an AI-powered web application designed to help food businesses manage WhatsApp orders more efficiently.
Instead of manually reading long conversations, OrderIQ extracts important information, tracks order revisions, and generates a structured order summary that is easier for daily operations.
The project was inspired by a real operational problem in my family's restaurant, where customer orders often became difficult to track because conversations changed multiple times before the final order was confirmed.
Many small food businesses in Indonesia rely on WhatsApp for receiving orders.
As conversations grow longer, it becomes difficult to identify:
