Downloading MediaThèque

The first beta release

MediaThèque releases are available here. Each release inform about the required WordPress version, whether it's a pre-release or not and lists 3 links. The mediatheque.zip file is ready to be used within your WordPress plugins directory.

Installing

We advise you to download this file and use the WordPress plugins administration to add MediaThèque to your installed plugins. You can alternatively unzip the file and use your FTP software to put the mediatheque folder inside the /wp-content/plugins directory of your website.

Once available in the Plugins list of your WordPress Administration, simply click on the corresponding "Activate" link.

Staying up to date

In order to be informed of new releases, you can subscribe to the release feed 📬.

Updating MediaThèque

We suggest the following steps to update MediaThèque to the latest stable version.

  • Download the mediatheque.zip file of the latest stable release.
  • Backup your database,
  • Deactivate the plugin,
  • If you used the WordPress Plugins administration to add the plugin, delete the plugin.
  • If you used FTP, remove the /wp-content/plugins/mediatheque folder.
  • Follow the Installing step
