Maps the FR/DE/ES/PT/IT onboarding onto the pipeline the English pocket-tts model already follows (quantize -> voices -> HF host -> Rust -> demo -> gh-pages), marking each step exists/create/check. Key findings: upstream already publishes per-language checkpoints, tokenizers and voice embeddings; tokenizers are per-language (not shared with English); French ships only the ~641MB 24-layer variant. Scoping only - no implementation.
