Description
Add the new parameter which controls whether or not AIServiceTenant CR deletion should trigger tenant deprovisioning. This allows the tenant CR to be safely pruned by ArgoCD before the tenant operator in a rollback scenario without triggering tenant deletion via the operator finalizer; it must be explicitly set to true if a tenant genuinely needs to be deprovisioned when their CR is deleted.
