This PR refactors the project's documentation and internal terminology to align with its realistic implementation as a decentralized P2P data storage network. It eliminates "bio-mimetic", "sentient", and "moral" terminology, replacing them with technical descriptions of P2P storage, DHT coordination, and Proof of Useful Work. Key documentation files (README, ARCHITECTURE, TOKENOMICS) have been rewritten, and a global search-and-replace was performed across the Rust crates to ensure consistency.
