This PR rebrands the project from a speculative "bio-mimetic AI memory system" to a grounded "Decentralized P2P Data Storage Network".

Key changes:

• Full rewrite of the primary README.md.
• Deletion of non-technical documentation regarding Proof of Sentience and AI Alignment.
• Refactoring of core architectural documents to focus on Voxel compression and P2P networking.
• Cleanup of project metadata (.gitcore, .github) and tool configurations.
• Update of user-facing CLI strings and workspace description.
