PhotonicDHT Real — Chunking + Encryption + Zstd in P2P Network

This PR refactors the PhotonicDhtAdapter from a mock/legacy implementation to a functional distributed storage system for the Synapse Protocol.

Key Features:

• Chunking: Large files are split into 1MB chunks using ChunkManager.
• Content-Addressing: Chunks are addressed by their SHA256 hash, enabling deduplication.
• Compression: Data is compressed using Zstd (level 3) before encryption.
• Encryption: Chunks are encrypted with ChaCha20-Poly1305. A random 12-byte nonce is used per chunk and prepended to the ciphertext.
• Manifests: Files are stored as manifests containing the list of chunk hashes, enabling reassembly of large files.
• Metadata Indexing: Basic metadata support allows querying for file keys via "key:value" pairs in the DHT.
• Backwards Compatibility: The adapter maintains support for the previous store_photonic and retrieve_photonic API to avoid breaking existing integrations, while piping them through the new secure/compressed pipeline.

Changes:

• Modified crates/synapse-infra/src/adapters/photonic_dht_storage.rs (Complete rewrite).
• Created crates/synapse-infra/src/adapters/chunk_manager.rs.
• Updated crates/synapse-infra/src/adapters/mod.rs to export chunk_manager.
• Updated crates/synapse-infra/Cargo.toml with new dependencies.

Verification:

• Ran cargo check --package synapse-infra --no-default-features.
• Ran cargo test --package synapse-infra --no-default-features --test photonic_network_test (Passed).
• Verified space savings and data fidelity in the test run.
