Durable handoff so the analysis doesn't have to be redone on another machine. Docs only.

Covers: the original intent (including the "research is a point of a line, not the line" clarification that drove the use-case-matrix approach), the twelve verified findings against v0.1.9, the seven approaches tried and abandoned and why, a one-paragraph summary of each of ADRs 0001-0010, the dependents/compatibility table, re-verification snippets for every load-bearing claim, and the two open design questions.

Open questions are now discussions #14 (layered transformations and the unmapped-key problem) and #15 (credential and endpoint resolution).

The raw research — 13 agents, ~1.4M tokens — was local-only and is not recoverable, which is why this document exists.

Captures intent, verified findings, abandoned approaches, one-paragraph
summaries of all ten ADRs, the dependents table, re-verification snippets,
and the two open design questions (discussions #14, #15).

The raw research was local-only and is not recoverable; this is the
durable record.
