What changed

• Added export const VERSION = "1.2.0" to src/index.ts — trivial, safe.

What to verify

• QA Advisor workflow runs on this PR (check Actions tab)
• A comment appears below with test scenarios
• Comment includes "Scan full repo health → qlens.dev" CTA
• Risk level is reasonable (low, new-behavior category)
• Re-push updates the same comment (not a new one)

Merge only if comment looks clean. Otherwise close + debug on standalone repo.
