One-page org-level style guide for the .github repo. Scope: org conventions only (repo naming, archive-vs-delete, OPSEC). Points at existing CLAUDE.md/.agents rules for branch/commit/code style instead of restating them.
Motivating review: org is 41 repos, 33 archived (80%). Three rules: (1) kebab-case; prefixes are real namespaces (hd- = Home Depot client, delta- = Delta machine) — keep them; avoid a redundant hummbl- self-prefix. (2) archive-vs-delete test. (3) no jailbreak/red-team forks in the governance namespace (8 elder-plinius forks currently present).
Ends with a 4-step cleanup: 41 -> ~20 real repos. Doc only — no repo deletions performed; cleanup is a separate operator-run step.
