A simple wrapper around dbro/csvquote.
Pass contents of a file to the csvquote command:
cat testdata.csv | docker run --rm -i csvquote
Extract 2nd column from csv file:
cat testdata.csv | docker run --rm -i csvquote | cut -d ',' -f 2
