Bind hosted deployment to the exact current default production deployment at both management-readback and resolved-credential boundaries. The deploy now aborts before push when Convex resolves any URL other than the reviewed target and disables unrelated pre-assert AuthKit provisioning. Includes focused regression coverage and corrected operator documentation.
