Adds the Convex-specific TypeScript project required by the production deploy command and keeps deployment typechecking scoped to production functions. Adds a regression test for the exact configuration. The quarantined fresh target still has zero functions; a provider dry run with this revision now completes typechecking, schema validation, and the full no-write deploy plan.\n\nValidation: bun run check (750 tests, 13,675 assertions); Convex production typecheck; exact provider dry run.
