Pins hosted deployment to Convex team 513923/cclrte and rejects mismatched provider identity before mutation. Disables implicit Vercel alias movement by policy, adds exact account/project checks, and makes archive/fallback/canonical transitions compensated. Uses fixed public staging and rollback aliases so protected deployment URLs are never mistaken for public acceptance evidence. Full local gate passed: lint, TypeScript, 749 tests, site and CLI builds, and isolated package consumers.
