Short Description and Why It's Useful

Replaces the existing globe-style Order Manager Launchpad tile with the new
clipboard/order-workflow artwork from the HC Ionic design system.

The SVG was exported from the prepared no-badge Launchpad output frame
(Figma node 55020:4924),
not from the editable master. This preserves the builder's 186 by 204 frame,
hexagonal outline, shadow, clipping, and saved SVG export settings.

The Order Manager app entry already exists on main, so the PR intentionally
changes only src/assets/images/OrderManager.svg.

Validation

• Confirmed the committed SVG is byte-for-byte identical to the prepared Figma
  output.
• Validated the SVG as XML with xmllint.
• Confirmed width="186", height="204", and viewBox="0 0 186 204".
• Confirmed there are no raster <image> elements or external href
  dependencies.
• Rendered the committed asset and visually compared it with the Figma output;
  the outline, shadow, artwork, and clipping match.
• Ran git diff --check and confirmed the PR is asset-only.

The app/PWA/native icon set is intentionally out of scope.
