Add texo identity image assets

Adds two SVG identity assets for texo:

• assets/texo-hero.svg: 1600×900 hero/Open Graph-style image anchored on claim diffs, current frontier, stale-claim quarantine, and receipt-ledger visuals.
• assets/texo-mark.svg: 1024×1024 square mark for avatars/icons/social cards.

Design intent: dark technical, neon-metal, infrastructure-not-wrapper energy. The visual language follows the README premise: Git tracks code diffs; texo tracks claim diffs; docs are not state; the journal is source truth.
