Other Encoding

We have different variants of encoding for slightly different functionalities. Here are examples of each of them.

Encoding is the main encoding plotting script.

Encoding-Layers is used to plot encoding results across layers. Instead of a legend it will have a color bar. It also plots other types of plots related to layers (like max correlations across layers).

Encoding-Twosplit will have both horizontal and vertical splits in the plots. It allows for more freedom but requires way more manual input in the Makefile arguments
