Release commit for @hasna/todos 0.11.75 — the routing-metadata doctor + supported repairs + JSON/exit contract shipped in #40 (adversarial review PASS, #loops-logic 24059). Version bump + CHANGELOG (incl. 0.11.74 backfill). Publish follows merge.
