Changes are the result of a systematic simulate/analyze/evaluate cycle. Doing this led to new code (such as improved
tfs-summarize-fit), bug fixes (such as a bug that silently scrambled genotype order), and improved inference (such as tuning priors to break symmetry between pre and sel growth phases).
